Our History

The Companies of R&S Inc. was founded in 1954, and is a third generation company specializing in impact windows and doors founded upon providing high-quality, professional services in the construction and real-estate industries in South Florida.

After Hurricane Andrew, R&S was part of the committee to establish a new statewide building code to better prepare Florida residents for tropical weather. We have also been on the advisory boards for the top manufacturers of impact windows and work closely with our vendors to deliver the best-quality product.

When you work with the professionals at R&S, you get more than just high-quality windows. We have two general contractors on staff, with years of expertise in the building trades who are dedicated to providing timely, personalized service to our customers

After 65+ years in the business our employees have a wide range of experience in all aspects of the trade. Our installers are highly qualified and will exceed the expectations of our customers.

We offer a vast variety of different types of products to include impact resistant windows and doors for residential and commercial properties. We also specialize in commercial store-fronts.

Juan Carlos Raad came to my house to examine my sliders that were very very difficult to open and close. The first suspicion was that they needed new rollers, a very expensive repair, but he asked several questions and examined the doors again, concluding that they may just need am adjustment. We replaced all of the windows and doors in our house right after my wife and purchased our first home. The service was excellent every step of the way. Michael explained everything to us very clearly and was always there to answer all of our questions. Pavel and his team of installers were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We just completed replacing all of our windows and doors with R&S and we are very pleased with the results!
